Delivery Information

Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfilment and customer service's team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary. There may also be some delays with our delivery partners & Third Party Couriers. However, if your order is not delivered within 10 working days from the dispatch please pop us a mail at info@yumm.capetown and we will be sure to follow up for you.

Shipping Rates & Times

Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 12am. For all orders placed after 12am, the following day will be considered the first working day. All Orders Placed on a Friday will only be dispatched on Monday morning. Third Party Couriers do not deliver weekends. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times (Say during the Black Friday / The Festive season) when this may not be possible. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it. Please note that all shipping estimates are calculated from date of dispatch ( and not from the date you placed your order)

Delivery rates are calculated by postal code, which have been grouped together into categories, which are subject to change and fluctuate accordingly to the interest rate, price of petrol, and just living in Africa. We are not obligated to inform customers of this change.

Local Area:
Local deliveries include postal codes in Cape Town centre and surrounds. Delivery can be expected 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

Main Center Area: Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Delivery can be expected 5 to 7 working days from dispatch. 

Reginal Area: Postal codes outside main city centres. Expected delivery 3 to 7 working days from dispatch date. 

Remote Area: Postal codes outside of a regional area. Expected delivery 5 to 7 working days from dispatch date.

Express Delivery

Available only to Local and main Centre Areas. Prioritised delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday on a working day. Expected delivery time: 2 to 3 working days after date of dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend/public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders will be delivered by DSV Couriers and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it.

You will receive an email alert when your order is out for delivery as well as a phone call from DSV should you not answer your door. Should you not be home on the date that your order is out for delivery - please contact us or DSV to arrange for later delivery. Should you miss your delivery - it will be returned to our courier's warehouse where delivery will be attempted a further 2 times before being returned to us.

We do offer local pick up, please ensure to tick this box at checkout.

Track Your Parcel


All the tracking information regarding your order will be attached in a Dispatch email from us, the minute your order is picked, packed, and handed over to our courier partners. Your email will contain both a tracking number as well as a link to the relevant Third Party Courier.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please be sure to contact us via info@lush.co.za with your tracking number and we will liaise with our courier for you.
