No return will be offered for lost packages in transit. No order cancellations can be made after an order has been fulfilled.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for this return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have made every effort to depict as accurately as possible through pictures the and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit or refuse the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Products are made by hand and are weather dependent. In the even of inclement weather, your product delivery may be delayed. We are not obligated to notify you of this. 
 
Refunds
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Returns will only be issued if the standard of product does not match the makers standards. If any damage to product occurs during transit, the items damaged will not be refunded to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
